Condo Vacation Rental Policies
Deposits
- A deposit of 40% is requested to hold reservations.
- The balance is due one week prior to arrival.
- Security deposit of $200.00 USD is requested one week prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD charge.
- Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total amount of stay will be applied.
- Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival have a $ 50.00 USD charge.
- In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied.
- Check in time: 4:00 pm
- Check out time: 12:00 pm
